Theresia rewards planned combat more than random pressure. Her value comes from helping a team create or extend useful windows, then converting those windows into damage or safety. That makes her more interesting in boss and elite fights than in pages that only compare raw farming speed.
Build direction
Build Theresia around uptime, timing, and status reliability before chasing pure damage. A 3+2 gear shell should support the part of her kit that creates pressure, while Karma and runes should reinforce the same combat loop: set up the window, land the important action, then recover safely for the next cycle.
Team fit
Theresia pairs best with teammates who create safe openings or benefit from shock/control timing. She should not be dropped into a team as a generic damage slot; her best use is in a lineup that already understands when the enemy is vulnerable and how to follow up before the window closes.
